WHAT IS A “FAT FAST”?

Fat fast is done usually to break a weight loss stall. Fat-fast is a 3 to 5 days plan with calorie restriction. You can do this on the HCG diet. However, you cannot do this most of the time. As much as possible do not do a fat-fast without a diet experts advise. This is loading fats from healthy foods. However, fats are somehow not allowed in Phase 2 of the HCG diet. This is because it has something to do with the work of the hormones. Fat fast is often referred to as a steak day. Fat fast has been around for so many years. This is not a new concept but this is done rarely. This is known to reset cheat days and to break through a stall.

Fat fasting is a risky thing to do to stop weight loss stall. This is not an easy thing to do in the HCG diet. Knowing that is HCG is a zero carb, sugar, and fat diet. Do this by following the exact guide. If you fail to follow the guide it may cause weight gain. It may even worsen the situation. Keep in mind that fat fast is far different from the loading phase of the HCG diet.

What and when to eat during the Fat-fast?

Food is meant to be enjoyed. Find a balanced meal to sustain the stall. Eating wisely can add up the entire effect of the food in the body. Obviously, you have to eat fatty foods. You can have salmon or any fats that are healthy. Make sure to have a fair ration of bad and good fats. Your body fats will increase. Eat smaller meals throughout the day. You can eat a big meal in the night if you eat nothing all day. You can also start your day off with fatty calories and eat nothing all day. Take responsibility for the food portion control during the fat fast.

When to do the Fat-fast?

This is usually done in a correction day.  The reason why you can do this is that it is low in carb. Another good thing is you can do more than one fast course.  Watch out because this is an additional calorie in the body. Make sure not to do this if you have water retention. Water retention may cause a stall but fat fasting is not the solution for it.

One important tip is that do not feel bad about correction days. This is common in rapid weight loss. You can do the fat fats and other HCG solutions to stall. To avoid having a bad day, focus on lifestyle change. Do not concentrate on the result; pledge to be a healthy version of yourself.
